1. Position: Assistant Specialist- Customer Experience
- Department: Customer Experience
- No. of Openings: 2

Qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Management.
- Preference for relevant experience in managing loyalty program and customer experience projects.

2. Position: Specialist- Human Resources Operation
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in management with 4 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree / Professional Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing compliance audits, labor law adherence, union negotiation and HR policy governance.
- Proven experience preparing for and representing the organization with labor offices, courts, and regulatory bodies.

3. Position: Chief Human Resources Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in management with minimum 20 years of working experience in directing and developing HR strategies and in providing HR services to businesses.
- Minimum 8 years or managerial experience
- Must have led HR in a multinational organization’s environment
- Prior experience in telecom or large scale, transformation focused organizations preferred.

4. Position: Chief Technology and Information Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor in Engineering / Bachelor in Technology in a relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in similar capacity with leadership and strategy direction to Tech/ IT, and other managerial roles in telecom, IT and electronic industries.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Technology and IT functions with demonstrated experience in digital transformation and managing multicultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications networks, IT infrastructure, software development and cybersecurity.

5. Position: Specialist/ Engineer- ePMO, Customer Experience
- Department: Customer Experience

Qualification and experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Computer Engineering / Management or a relevant field with 4 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Engineering / Computer Engineering / Management or similar field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3–5-year experience as Project manager or Project Lead in IT/ Technology whereas 2 years managing project of moderate complexity.
- A Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in implementing automation and digitization projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

6. Position: Assistant Specialist - Enterprise Customer Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in customer experience management, preferably in an enterprise setting.

7. Position: Sales Representative- National Sales
- Department: National Sales, Commercial
- No. of Openings: 2

Qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree
- Preference for relevant experience in planning routes for sales call to POS; analyzing own and competitors’ products in the market and their sales; forecasting demands; supervising sales manpower for various sales-related activities.
- Should be able to go to the assigned market most of the time and perform the required sales activities.

8. Position: Senior Specialist - National Sales
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience

9. Position: Specialist - Brand Visibility & Activations
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree with 2 years experience in the area of core brand and marketing management of FMCG product/category OR
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience
- Has good understanding of analytics frameworks to gauge the impact of brand/marketing activities in terms of sales/subscriber growth / ROI / business performance post brand investments
- Has a good understanding of the local consumer sentiment, industry trends across some/few consumer categories from which we can benefit as Ncell

10. Position: Specialist- Voice Wholesale, ILD
- Department: International
- No. of Openings: 1

Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree with 4 years’ experience in the wholesale/B2B business or partnership management and external/internal stakeholder management OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of Experience.
- Has good understanding of analytics and reporting frameworks and analytical skills and ability to understand driver level details which email ILD voice business (e.g. business rules, subscriber base etc.)
- Has good discipline and follow up skills to ensure that operational activities are completed internally in terms of payment, collections, disputes and legal documents and fully completed.
