The bank, therefore invites applications from highly competent, energetic and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to fulfill the human force in its Branches and Departments of Head Office.
1. Branch Manager: (Officer Level: Senior Officer /Officer /Junior Officer)
> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 5 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
> For Branch Manager, must have at least 2 years of working experience in the capacity of Branch Manager in the BFIs.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
> The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
2. Assistant Branch Manager: (Officer Level: Senior Officer /Officer /Junior Officer)
> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 5 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
> The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
3. Relationship Manager: (Officer Level: Senior Officer /Officer /Junior Officer)
> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 5 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is a must.
> Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
> The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
4. Assistant Branch Manager: (Assistant Level: Supervisor /Senior Assistant)
> Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
> For Assistant Branch Manager, must have at least 1 year of working experience in the capacity of Assistant Branch Manager in the BFIs.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor/Senior Assistant as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
> The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
5. Relationship Officer: (Assistant: Supervisor/ Senior Assistant)
> Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor/Senior Assistant as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.

6. Junior Officer- Central Recovery Department
> Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in credit function.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
> The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
7. Assistant Level-Central Recovery Department
> Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
> Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in credit function.
> Excellent Communication and Leadership skills is must.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor/Senior Assistant as on the last day of application.
> Must have a Driving License.
