A subject considered to be the cornerstone of Medicine and Agriculture. How diseases are diagnosed ? How does clinical pathology work ? How are drugs discovered ? What can be side effects of medical treatment ? How do toxic compounds harm us ? How are agricultural crops improved ? And many more ...Study biochemistry to answer these questions.
Scope of biochemistry is limitless, so why limit yourself. You can become what you want to be ! You can work inside and outside the country in educational and research institutions, in Pharmaceutical, Food and Health industries. You can go for higher studies in Biochemistry , Chemistry, Microbiology etc. You can even study for M. D. in USA.
50 % of fee (except admission charge) will be refunded for the student selected in M.B.B.S. during there B.Sc
WHAT STUDENTS WOULD LEARN?
After finishing their undergraduate program:
- Understand the fundamentals of chemistry, biology and the key principles of biochemistry and molecularbiology.
- Awareness of the major issues at the forefront of the discipline.
- Ability to assess primary papers critically.
- Ability to dissect a problem into its key features.
- Ability to design experiments and understand the limitations of what the experimental approach can and cannot tell you.
- Ability to interpret experimental data and identify consistent and inconsistent components.
- Ability to design follow-up experiments.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a laboratory.
- Ability to use computers as information and research tools.
- Ability to collaborate with other researchers
- Ability to use oral, written, and visual presentations to present their work to both a science-literate and a science-non-literate audience.
- Ability to think in an integrated manner and look at problems from different perspectives.
