Darchula Multiple Campus, established in 2054 BS in Khalanga, is a community-based campus affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Hence, it is completely supported and managed by the community. It is offering BBS, B.Ed., BA, MA and M.Ed. in all strem of Management, Art and Education. Unanimity in campus development among all the stakeholders including political parties, parents, reresentatives of the municipality, District Development Office, etc. Most of the officials and parents are the graduates of this campus. There is a sense of belongingness among all concerned. It is located in Api Municipality which is an emerging town of Darchula district in the far western region of Nepal; it is also a border town adjoining Dharchula, Pithaudagad, India.
