> With Normal Fee : Jestha 29, 2080 (June 12, 2023) to Ashad 26, 2080 (July 11, 2023)
> With double fee: Ashad 28, 2080 (July 13, 2023)
Requirements
> Must have an MPhil Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
> Certificates of all educational qualifications from SLC to MPhil
> Copy of proposal, a summary of dissertation, and a peer-reviewed article
