Applications are invited for the following MD/MS programs of Kathmandu University from eligible candidates.

A. MD / MS (Clinical Sciences including Pathology)

1. Anaesthesiology 2. Dermatology

3. General Surgery 4. Internal Medicine

5. Obstetrics & Gynaecology 6. Ophthalmology

7. Orthopaedics 8. Oto- rhinolaryngology

9. Paediatrics 10. Pathology

11. Psychiatry 12. Radio Diagnosis

Eligibility Criteria

> MBBS or equivalent degree in modern medicine from an institution recognized by Kathmandu University and One year of clinical experience after obtaining MBBS degree by February 2012.

> Candidates holding Post-graduate diploma from an institution recognized by Kathmandu University will be eligible for that particular Subject only.

> Registration with Nepal Medical Council.

B. MD / MS (Basic Medical Sciences including Forensic Medicine)

1. Anatomy 2. Biochemistry

3. Community Medicine 4. Forensic Medicine

5. Microbiology 6. Pharmacology

7. Physiology

Eligibility Criteria

> MBBS or equivalent degree in modern medicine from an institution recognised by Kathmandu University.

> For the subject of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology and Physiology, candidates who have completed Bridge course after BDS can apply

> Registration with Nepal Medical Council.
