> High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in travel and tourism is a plus.
> Prior experience in a ticketing, reservations, or customer service role is preferred.
> Familiarity with ticketing systems and software is advantageous.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
> Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
> Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
> Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and policies is beneficial.
