Syllabus of Lok Sewa Kharidar Exam
The Lok Sewa Aayog (Public Service Commission) holds Integrated and Unified Examinations to select Kharidar (Non-Gazetted Second Class Officer) Non-Technical candidates for a variety of positions, including Judicial, General Administration, Auditing, Parliamentary Service, and others.
The Kharidar position is an entry-level administrative job in the government that necessitates a specific set of educational qualifications and skills. The Kharidar Syllabus is primarily intended to assess candidates' knowledge, abilities, and aptitude for administrative positions. Applicants who prepare well and understand the syllabus's themes are more likely to be successful in the recruitment process and land a job as a Kharidar in the government sector. Kharidar Exam Syllabus
The Kharidar Syllabus is based on the Integrated and Unified Examination System. Exam plan is divided into two parts: the written examination (first and second stages), and the final stage examination (computer skill test and interview).
Part - 1: Written Examination (300 Marks)
All of the aforementioned services require written examinations. The written examination consists of two stages: the first is worth 100 marks and the second is worth 200 marks.
Written Exam First Stage
The first stage, also known as the preliminary examination, focuses on the General Knowledge and Basic Office Skills Test. It includes objective multiple choice questions.The first stage (Stage I) of the written exam is a preliminary examination. This preliminary examination will only be considered a screening test, and the results will be excluded from the main examination.
- Marks : 100 Marks
- Duration: 45 Minutes
Written Exam Second Stage (2nd and 3rd paper)
Only candidates who pass the first stage of the written examination will be eligible to participate in the second stage. The second stage of the written examination includes two papers (2nd and 3rd).
- Marks : 200 Marks
- Duration: 2 hour 30 min each
Part- 2 : Final Stage Examination (Computer Skill Test and Interview) (40 Marks)
Only candidates selected in the written examination will be allowed to participate in the final phase, which includes a computer skills test and an interview.Computer Skill Test: 10 Marks. It is a practical exam of 15 minutes.The interview is an oral exam that will carry 30 marks. The duration of the interview may vary according to the candidate.
