1. Branch Managers (up to Senior Officer Level - Inside/Outside Valley Branches)
Few Qualification & Experience:
- Having at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from recognized University with minimum second division marks.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience for Officer level and at least 3 years of working experience for Supervisor level in Banking and Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.
- Having knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars.
- Good knowledge in credit operation, customer handling and credit marketing.
- Age should not exceed 40 years for Officer level and should not exceed 30 years for Supervisor level as on the last date of the application.

2. Relationship Managers (up to Junior Officer Level - Inside/Outside Valley)
Few Qualification & Experience:
- Having at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from recognized University with minimum second division marks.
- Having knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars. Having at least 5 years of working experience in credit for Junior Officer level, 3 years of working experience for Supervisor level and 2 years of working experience for Assistant/Senior Assistant level in Banking and Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.
- Good knowledge in credit, operation, customer service and marketing.
- Age should not exceed 40 years for Junior Officer level and should not exceed 30 years for Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor level as on the last date of the application.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process and the corporate position shall be offered commensurate with the prior experience of the candidates.
