VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank, invites applications from career oriented, qualified, energetic, self-motivated and sales oriented (within Bank's Risk appetite) Nepalese citizens for following roles:
1. Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants - Few (Central Office/Up to Supervisor)
- Candidates should have completed CAP-II from ICAN or IPCC from ICAI. Candidates should have completed 3 years' articleship.
- Freshers can also apply. However, prior experience of BFIs shall be an added advantage.
2. Legal Department - Few (Central Office/Up to Officer)
- Candidates should have completed LLB., BA.LLB or BBM.LLB with minimum 50% marks or 2.40 CGPA with Advocate License. However, recent graduate or result awaiting candidates may also apply for the post. Prior experience in related department of BFIs shall be an added advantage.
3. Digital Operations Department - Few (Central Office/Up to Supervisor)
- Candidates should have completed at least Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics with minimum 50% marks or 2.40 CGPA.
- Candidates should have prior experience of handling digital operation related functions of the Bank like, Card, Mobile Banking, Demat, QR, Wallet and other digital products.
4. Deposit & Transaction Banking - Few (Central Office/Up to Officer)
- Candidates should have completed at least Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics with minimum 50% marks or 2.40 CGPA.
- Candidates should have prior experience of handling transaction banking related marketing activities along with organizing campaigns, liasing with different merchants and vendors.
5. Branch Managers - Few (Across All Region/Up to Officer)
- Candidates should have completed at least Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics with minimum 50% marks or 2.40 CGPA.
- Minimum 3 years of prior banking experience in branch management role shall be preferred.
- Candidates should have proper understanding of Branch Compliance, Operational Risk, Credit Porfolio Growth with People management skills and sales oriented approach.
6. Service Managers - Few (Across All Region/Up to Supervisor)
- Candidates should have completed at least Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics with minimum 50% marks or 2.40 CGPA.
- Minimum 2 years of prior banking experience in branch operation management role with indepth knowledge of Operational Risk, AML Compliance and strong operation excellence skill.
Age Criteria:
Not exceeding 30 years for Assistant level and 35 years for Officer level as on Vacancy deadline.
