Ten Plus Two (+2) Science is a two-year program that provides a solid foundation in science subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics. Through theoretical and practical knowledge, the program aims to develop students' analytical and problem-solving skills.
The most common choice after completing +2 in Science is Engineering and Medicine. And this has made the subject one of the most pursued subjects in +2. And now, with the emergence of many new and technical subjects in this stream the charm of this subject has even increased a lot.
This course is designed to provide students with sufficient understanding and knowledge of the fundamental science contents. The course demands emphasis on conceptual understanding of the Biological, Chemical and physical phenomena. This will involve the proper utilization of suitable mathematical models and equations. The practical component of this course is designed to supplement learning through the application of learned theory. The nature of the course is both theoretical and practical.
Pursuing a +2 in Science is appropriate for students who want to start or advance their careers in the fields of science, technology, and related disciplines. Plus two in Science provides a comprehensive curriculum that includes English, Nepali, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Computer Science. The program's goal is to prepare students for further studies in technology, medicine, engineering, biotechnology, and other non-science related fields.
Graduates of the program can pursue higher education in Science-related fields such as Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, and Forestry. They can also work in various industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Research.
