42nd Convocation Ceremony Notice from Tribhuvan University
Tribhuvan University, Office of the controller of Examination, Balkhu, Kathmandu has published form fill up notice to participate in upcoming 42nd Convocation ceremony.
Students who have passed and have also received their academic transcript in the following mentioned dates are requested to fill the application form and are eligible to apply for the Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University.
Eligibility
According to TU Grace List, students who have passed their examinations (semester/ yearly exams of Bachelor, or Masters or M.Phil or PhD) and have also received the Transcript in between 1 June 2015 to 16 June 2016 (i.e. 2072 Jestha 18 to 2073 Ashad 1) are eligible to apply.
Application Form Distribution will from 13 Bhadra 2073 onwards.Application form can be received from Office of the Controller of Examination, Balkhu, Kathmandu showing the original Academic Transcript without paying any charges.If student wants to take their Guardian (Maximum Number: 2) in the Convocation Program, then they have to pay Non-Refundable Charge of NPR 200 Rupees per each Guardian.

54th grace list of graduates eligible for participation in the convocation ceremony :
A total of 83,425 graduates have been deemed eligible to participate in the convocation ceremony.As many as 3,877 students graduated from Institute of Science and Technology, 2,208 students from Institute of Engineering, 1,446 students from Institute of Medicine, 258 from Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science and 217 from Institute of Forestry this year.Similarly, a total of 31,408 students graduated from Faculty of Education, 27,237 from Faculty of Management, 15,927 from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and 947 from Faculty of Law.
