NEB to hold SEE chance examination
Office of the Controller of Examinations has stated that it would not conduct chance examinations of Secondary School Examination 2018..
Deputy Examination Controller at OCE Gehanath Gautam said the responsibility of conducting the examinations had been handed over to National Examination Board. .
As per the eighth amendment to the Education Act, National Examination Board has been formed to conduct examinations up to the secondary level. NEB has been given the responsibility of conducting examinations of Grade IX, X, XI and XII. .
“The act has provided the responsibility of conducting the examinations to NEC. So, the OCE will be dissolved,” he said.
