NVC raids TU
National Vigilance Centre (NVC) on Tuesday raided the Tribhuvan University Exam Control Office leading to seizure of bounced cheques worth around Rs 100,000. A probe team had found the bounced cheques while investigating the examination fees of TU. “As there was no action against the erring institution, we are suspicious of TU officials’ involvement,” NVC officials said.
