Public/ Bank Holidays in Nepal for 2079 B.S. (2022-2023 AD)
Government of Nepal ,Ministry of Home Affairs has published the number of public holidays for 2079 BS that will begin on 1st Baisakh 2079 (April 14, 2022).
The government has fixed public holidays other than 51 Saturdays for Nepali year of 2079 BS including the regional and religious specified holidays. As per the information published in the Nepali Gazette, there are sixteen public holidays in the upcoming year marked for national festivals.
Also, Nepal Rastra Bank has published list of holiday for the year 2079 B.S. for Bank and Financial Institutions. The list of Banking Holidays is effective from 2022-04-14 to 2023-04-13 in all banking and financial institution in Nepal
