Supreme Court stays MBBS, BDS admission
The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a stay order to the Institute of Medicine, ordering the latter not to proceed ahead with the process of student enrolment for MBBS and BDS courses.
A single bench of Justice Deepak Raj Joshee ordered the Institute of Medicine to keep the process as it is until Sunday, according to advocate Bhakti Ram Ghimire.
The Supreme Court issued the stay order responding to a writ petition filed by a student sitting for IoM entrance test who claimed that the test results were erroneous, said Ghimire.
