The British College Nagarik Edu Fair 2013
With the motive of informing and counseling +2 and undergraduate students regarding Nepali and foreign educational institutions, a three-day event called “The British College Nagarik Edu Fair” is to be organized from Thursday, July 11 to 13 inside the Exhibition Hall at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu.
The Nepal Republic Media – the publisher of this daily, among other publications – in association with The British College in Kathmandu, is organizing the fair.
Suman Shrestha, Marketing Manager of The British College, said that the fair is aimed at presenting options of local and international colleges and different subjects to choose from to students seeking higher education at various levels.
He also added that information on national and international colleges, interaction with the representatives of various international colleges, experience-sharing from students studying abroad and career building workshops will be the highlights of the educational fair.
“This fair is sure to soothe students’ anxiety related to higher studies,” Shrestha also claimed. He further informed that the fair will provide necessary information about the education system, curriculum and scholarship offers of several national and international colleges.
The fair, which is to be organized in association with Array International, will also see participation from a majority of international universities, colleges and counseling centers, along with national and international training centers and business associations.
The organizers also informed that the entrance to the educational fair is free and that visitors, through lucky draw, will win a Micromax Canvas-2 mobile phone every day.
