The Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal is set to hold the seventh ECAN Educational Fair at Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu from 27 to 30 June 2013.The event will be managed by One Up Communication Pvt Ltd.

The fair will provide career counselling and information about national and international educational institutions. The largest educational fair in the country is targeted at students aspiring to study abroad and their parents.The fair will see participation of education consultancies, diplomatic missions and agencies, national and foreign colleges and universities showcasing their products and services.

The event intends to act as a forum to bring together Nepali consultants where they can interact with students, parents and international academic institutions. It can also assist policymakers, researchers and other stakeholders concerned with recent developments in higher studies abroad, the organiser says.

ECAN counsellors will advise visitors on study courses available in the US, the UK, Australia, Germany, India, Ireland, Switzerland, the Philippines, China, Japan and other countries. Also, students can obtain information about preparatory classes, bridge courses and scholarship schemes offered by colleges and universities abroad.
