The Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Nepal (also known as “the Fulbright Commission” or “USEF/Nepal“) is pleased to announce the annual competition for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The Humphrey Fellowship Program provides current and future international leaders with professional collaboration, a personalized academic experience, and leadership development, while building lasting, productive ties in critical fields with professional counterparts overseas.
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a U.S. Government-funded program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). Institute of International Education (IIE) is the cooperating agency and the Fulbright Commission administers the program in Nepal. ECA makes final selections of candidates for the Humphrey Program.
The program offers ten months of practical professional development and non-degree academic study in the U.S. for Nepali mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership and a strong commitment to public service.
If you have at least five years of experience and are interested in fostering human and institutional capacity, promoting rights and freedoms, ensuring sustainable lands, cultivating thriving communities, and more in the U.S., seize this opportunity now to expand your skills and join a distinguished network of changemakers!
