Wesleyan University International Scholarships, USA

International students who are not citizens of one of the countries included in the Freeman Asian Scholars Program can apply for need-based financial aid, which is available to all other international students.

Founded in 1831, Wesleyan University is a rural private liberal arts institution located in the heart of Middletown, Connecticut. The highly selective university offers undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. degree programs from 45 majors and 31 minors, and students can receive specialized learning from its 8:1 student-faculty ratio.

Wesleyan is one of the most highly selective institutions in the United States, and admission is competitive, with over 14,000 applicants. Applicants are expected to have a strong secondary school preparation in English, social science, science, mathematics, and a foreign language. Candidates studying at schools outside the US who have taken national examinations for university admission (A levels, French Baccalaureate, ISC, International Baccalaureate, etc.) are expected to have achieved superior results.

Financial Aid

Both of these programs provide awardees with full scholarships for four years of undergraduate study.
