1. Senior Sales Executive
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree / Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2 years of experience in B2B Sales OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience

2. Sales Executive
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record of selling to government entities and managing government accounts.
- Experience in navigating government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Profile:
- Strong network and connections within government offices and ministries.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend government-related events.
- Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis.

3. Sales Executive / Specialist
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant disciplines with minimum 4 years of experience OR Professional degree/ master’s degree in management with minimum 2 years of experience
- Preference will be given to candidate having relevant experience in developing channel sales strategy which includes but not limited to planning routes for sales call to POS; analyzing own and competitors’ products in the market and their sales; forecasting demands; supervising sales manpower for various sales-related activities.
- Should be able to convince outlets to ensure all required activities in the interest of Ncell which includes but not limited to maintaining required stock; visibility of products; pushing Ncell products, etc.

4. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification and Experience
- Higher professional degree in Finance or international certification in finance
- Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 15 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience
- Must have led finance function in a multinational organization’s environment
Profile
- Ability to develop and execute long-term financial strategies that support business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to clarify complex business challenges to create or adapt the business's strategic plans
- Seeks opportunities for the company to continuously monetize or improve its bottom line sustainably
- Is adaptive to changing business needs and conditions by focusing on the critical areas of the function that can drive exceptional business performance
- Inculcates high customer orientation in work practices within the function or business unit
- Gets action and commitment of others by forging good relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Translates business strategy of the organization into clear goals to direct the time & effort of the functional/ business unit
- Creates effective integration of the various units in the function that fosters teamwork
