Sr. Assistant – Internal Audit

Position Snapshot
The incumbent will be responsible for the following internal audit activities: conducting audits, drafting reports, reviewing compliance, reporting findings, obtaining management responses, and performing other audit functions and tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

Competencies Required
> Bachelor’s degree in management with 2 years of working experience, preferably in an audit firm
> Understanding of various tax laws, regulations, and how they impact the organization’s financial statements.
> Familiarity with the Internal auditing standards.
> Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or Nepal Financial
> Reporting Standards (NFRS) and relevant industry regulations.
> A questioning approach to information and the ability to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
> Proficiency in Office Suite Applications.
> Able to analyze financial data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy in audit procedures.
> Good communications skills (written and verbal).
