Job Specification
> Education Level : Bachelor
> Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
> Professional Skill Required : Sales Skills Communication Skill
Other Specification
> Must have at least 2 years of experience in ticketing field
> Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
> Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
> Knowledge of ticket office workflow patterns
> Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service orientation
> Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
> Fluency in Nepali and English
Job Description
> Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
> Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
> Plan routes and compute ticket costs
> Read coded data on tickets to ascertain destination and maintain its database
> Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer
> Contact with customers to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation
> Provide customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paper work
> Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
> Follow up with the airlines companies for refunding and capping tickets
> Maintain PR with valuable clients
> Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures of ticketing issues
