Project Officer - Capacity Building, Monitoring and Documentation (PoCMD)
> Job Location: Kathmandu, Nepal with 50% travel to project sites
> No. of Vacancy: 1
> Job Purpose:The post holder will be responsible for developing and contextualising training content related to HOPE for national and local level DRR and emergency actors. S/he will conduct HOPE training needs assessments of key stakeholders at national and local levels. S/he will also be responsible for producing all reports and documentation of HelpAge’s DRR work, which will not be restricted to projects alone, with regular feedback and support by the SFACC. S/he is expected to have demonstrated ability to conduct necessary trainings, workshops and capacity-building sessions to targeted Older People’s Associations (OPAs), partners, VDC/district-level stakeholders and, will also have responsibilities of monitoring of the project activities at field levels.
