Hotel Mystic Mountain, an upcoming premium hotel in the heart of Nagarkot & scheduled to commence its operation from February 2017 was conceptualized as an engaging and transformation hotel. The hotel will offer euphoria and the ease of the finest experience.
1. RESIDENT OPERATIONS MANAGER: 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: Must have a bachelor’s degree in hotel management with 3-5 years of experience in a reputed Star hotel. The candidate should take responsibility of day to day hotel operation and ensure guest satisfaction. The candidate must ensure that the hotel is properly maintained, manage staffing and provide strategic inputs.
2. DIRECTOR- SALES AND MARKETING: 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in hotel or business management, minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Star hotel. Candidate should be able to prepare Business Plan & Strategies. Should have thorough knowledge of local/ international market and industry trends with excellent monitoring & evaluation skills. The incumbent must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office System with perfect command of written and spoken English.
3. EXECUTIVE CHEF: 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: The candidate must have a minimum of four years of working experience in a Star hotel with coordinated exposure to various international cuisines. The incumbent must be thoroughly conversant with continental, Indian, Chinese and Nepali cuisines. The applicant should be able to handle & supervise the main kitchen independently and ability to train his subordinates would be preferable.
4. F&B MANAGER: 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: Must have a bachelor’s degree in hotel or business management with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a Star hotel. The candidate must be able to interact as well as manage the guests and employees. The incumbent must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office System with good command in English.
5. FRONT OFFICER MANAGER – 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: Bachelor’s in hotel or business management with 3 years of relevant working experience in a Star hotel. The candidate must be computer literate with good command of spoken and written English. The candidate must be familiar with the front office procedures, administration and the training of personnel.
6. RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: 1
Minimum Qualification/Experience Required: Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 5-6 years of relevant work experience of which 2-3 years must be in a Star hotel. The candidate should be able to manage, co-ordinate and handle the repair/maintenance issues at the hotel.
7. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER: 1
Minimum Qualification/ Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in hotel management with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a Star hotel. The candidate should be capable of interacting and managing the guests and the employees. The incumbent would be responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire hotel.
