The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog), established in 1951 AD (2008), is the primary constitutional authority responsible for choosing deserving applicants for civil service openings as mandated by the Nepali government.

VACANCY NOTICE
Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) invites application from eligible candidates to fill the vacant positions in the various services, groups, and levels of Civil and Federal Parliament Services, Fifth Level of Health Service and Assistant First Class of National Human Rights Service (Technical) through open and inclusive competitive examinations.

Position: Non-Gazetted 1st Class (Technical), Fifth Level of Health Service in Civil Service and Federal Parliament Service, and  Assistant 1st Class of National Human Rights Service
- No. of vacancies: 227
- Type of Examination: Written, practical examination, and interview as prescribed in the curriculum.
- Salary: As per the service and group.

Application Fee:
An application fee of NPR 700 (seven hundred) must be paid for each advertisement. Candidates must pay an additional fee of NPR 200 (two hundred) per additional group for additional advertisements for the inclusive group.

Age Limit for Candidates:
- As of 2081/11/ 20, candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not exceed 35 years, while for female and differently-abled candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.
- For positions in the health services, as of 2081/11/20, candidates must have completed 18 years of age and should not exceed 45 years.
- There will be no age limit for candidates holding reinstated permanent positions in the services mentioned under the Civil Service, Health, and Federal Parliament Services and those holding reinstated permanent positions under the National Human Rights Service posts.
- According to the interim order of the Honorable Supreme Court dated 2079.10.20, until a final decision is reached on the said matter, the Public Service Commission will publish an advertisement on 2076.2.15, and candidates who are recommended from the examinations conducted for local bodies and are currently serving as reinstated government employees will also not be subject to the age limit for the advertised Civil Service posts. Such candidates must upload the application for that post in the Experience section of the online application system.

Documents to be Uploaded:
- Candidates are requested to upload documents related to educational qualifications, training, experience, and inclusive group certificates as specified in the relevant advertisement in PDF format to the designated place in the online application system.
- All candidates must scan and upload the front part of their citizenship certificate in JPG format.
- Candidates themselves will be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.
