> Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in a reputed hotel/resort
> Candidate must have solid F & B background


Job Description
> To be able to plan creative menus
> Food planning & lost control
> Supervise the restaurant & bar staff
> To assist Resident Manager for operation issues
> To liaise with kitchen & food store maintain adequate food & beverage stocks at all times
> Post daily reports to head office
