Janak Education Materials Center Ltd. is one of the wings of Government of Nepal. Teachers were trained on a massive scale and this centre came into its name and since then  it has been known as Janak Education Materials Centre.The prime objective of the organization is to print books based on curriculum developed by government education bodies to the common people through affordable product that will assure easy accessibility of educational material. The vision of the organization is to provide qualitative study material in digital and physical form at an affordable price to the students of every nook and corner of the nation.

VACANCY NOTICE
Janak Education Materials Centre  Limited (Janak Shiksha Samagri Kendra Limited), Central Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur announces vacancy for various Assistant and Officer Level positions. These positions will be fulfilled through internal and open competitive examination.

Job details as follows:

Position: Assistant and Officer Level positions
- No. of vacancies: 28
- Qualification: +2/ Bachelor/ Master
- Type of Examination: Written and Interview (including practical if applicable); The Lok Sewa Aayog (Public Service Commission) will conduct the listed examination.

Application Fee:
- For Level 9: Rs. 2,000
- For Level 8, 7, and 6: Rs. 1,200
- For Level 5: Rs. 700
- To submit an additional application in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay an additional fee of Rs. 200 for Level 5 and Rs. 400 for Level 6. To apply only in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay an additional fee of Rs. 200 for Level 5 and Rs. 400 for Level 6. To apply only in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay the same fee as the open one.

Age Limit:
> Officer Level 6 and 7: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 35 years (40 years for females and disabled candidates).
> Assistant Level 5: Applicants must have reached 18 years and not exceed 35 years (40 years for females and disabled candidates).
> There will be no age limit for permanent employees working at the Center.
> The period of double duty will not be counted for age, educational qualification, training, work experience, and service period.
