Specification
> Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
> Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
> Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
> Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP.
> Excellent knowledge of TDS / E-TDS.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
> High attention to detail and accuracy.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> Strong organizational and time management skills.
> Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
> Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
> Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Job Description

> Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounts department.

> Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.

> Manage payroll processes.
> Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
