Course Description:
Tribhuvan University's Master of Business Administration in Corporate Leadership (MBA- Corporate Leadership) program aims to develop professional skills in students that will enable them to face the challenges of today's dynamic and complex business environment. This program is intended to provide students with the theoretical insights, analytical capabilities, and professional skills required of business leaders and functional managers in a variety of business fields. This program is relevant to undergraduate management and other disciplines students, as well as lower and middle level corporate managers from various industry sectors who want to advance to higher-level executive positions.
Program Objectives
> Prepare competent corporate leaders and entrepreneurs for the development of the Nepalese private sector with local as well as global perspectives;
> Produce functional managers, particularly the human resource managers, with requisite skills who can understand and manage group dynamics in order to create a win-win situation between individuals and the organization;
> Develop self-motivated and competent business analysts and consultants, equipped with capacity to provide advisory services to others and/or launch their own firms in the chosen sector of business; and
> Prepare responsible business leaders and managers by ingraining the principles of ethics and responsibility in order to create a win-win situation between business and society.
Admission info
Eligibility:
- BBM, BBA, BTTM, BBS, BPA, BMS or equivalents in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 with a letter grade 'B" or CGPA of 2.00 with letter grade 'C' (pass before 2021) or second division marks.
Students who are waiting for results of bachelor level can also apply. However, they have to submit a passed certificate at the time of admission.
The Central Department of Management shall conduct a four stage admission tests i.e. Written test, Group Discussion, Individual Presentation and Personal Interview, for appropriate screening of applicants. The applicants shall be screened in each of the stages.

The MBA in Corporate Leadership program is split into four semesters. The courses comprise 60 credits, made up of foundation, core, capstone and elective courses. The program is designed in such a manner that the skills of the students can be developed in a gradual manner.
