Bangladeshi students admire PM Koirala
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala was lauded for his honesty and integrity by a group of Bangladeshi students on Saturday.
The students, ranging from kindergarten to secondary levels, were accompanied by their parents and teachers and are in Kathmandu as part of their three-day tour to Nepal.
According to the press release, the students extended their admiration for the Prime Minister and his sacrifice to the cause of democracy. They also stated that he was a role model and a source of inspiration.
They were particularly interested in his simple life which has provided a considerable motivation for them to work on strengthening relations with Nepalis.
The students are winners of a drawing and English essay writing competition from Academia, an English medium school in Dhaka, on tour in Nepal from April 4 to 6.
They were advised to work hard and be honest by the Prime Minister, who also called them stars of the future
