Kathmandu: An education expert on Sunday urged the government to give due attention to technical education as it is an effective means of ‘capital formation’. Speaking at a programme, Tribhuvan University Institute of Engineering Dean Bharat Raj Pahari said, “Technical education produces skilled human resources.” He said despite a lot of benefits, the government has not bothered to formulate a policy to expand technical education nationwide. “The government should investment in technical education,” said the dean.
