E-learning getting popularity in Kavre
Banepa: The concept of e-learning is getting popular in the schools in Kavre district, stakeholders shared in a programme here on Saturday.
The schools in the district have started adopting the teaching methodology based on the Internet in subjects like science and mathematics as is the practice in advanced countries.
In this backdrop, the Computer Association of Nepal, Kavre, organised a seminar on e-education recently.
According to information provided at the programme, many websites on e-education have been launched in the district.
The stakeholders present at the seminar stressed that the state should pay attention to the development of e-learning.
Speaking on the occasion CAN Nepal executive member Sunayana Pandey said several sorts of learning model based on the Internet have been launched in India and other countries.
Raju Baniya of MIDAS and President of Federation of Nepali Journalists, Kavre chapter Mahesh Paudel also expressed their opinions on the occasion.
