Financial support to school drop out students
Dhangadi: A team of students at Kailali district have extended their financial support to many students who were to be dropped out from the school as they lacked enough resources to continue their education.
The members of Daimal Add Action for Nepal on have extended support by collecting Rs. 10 per month from each member of the organisation.
Ram Kumar Chaudhari, founding chairman of that group, informed that they started the support campaign with the motive no students should be deprived of education just because of lacking enough money.
Chaudhari informed the campaign benefited poor students and students who had lost their parents.
The organization was formed by the team of students as a networking body, of which central office lies at Gadariya Village Development Committee of Kailali. Now, the organisation has expanded its branches at six VDCs including Ratanpur, Pabera, Hasuliya, Basauti, Urma and Ramsikharjhala.
Likewise, in the branches were also set up at Narayanpur of Bardiya and Manpur of Dang.
The support extended by the organisation enabled Rabina Chaudhari of Ratanpur, Deepak Sunuwar and Jitendra Chaudhari of Rampur to continue their education, Birbal Chaudhari, central chairman of the organisation informed.
Jitendra Chaudhari, who received support from the organization, said "because of the poor economic condition of my family, it was very difficult for to continue my education. The support extended by the fellow students made me happy as I became able to go to the school."
