Indian institute announces scholarships
India-based Aryans Group of Colleges is going to provide scholarships to 20 deserving students of Nepal every year.
Addressing a programme today, Anshu Kataria, group chairperson, announced that the scholarship will be for students of MBA, BBA, BCA and BTech courses, among others.
He said, “Scholarship will be given purely on merit-cum-means basis and it will be partially funded by the bank, student and the college.” Matriculate students can also apply for polytechnic diploma course, Kataria said, adding that the students interested in getting scholarship need to get prior registration on their helpline numbers or visit their website.
He mentioned that the Memorandum of Understanding was renewed between Navjyoti Foundation and Aryans Group of Colleges on the sixth Foundation Day of Aryans Group in Chandigarh on June 7.
