Indian school to sponsor 20 Nepali students
Kathmandu: India based Aryans Groups of Colleges, Chandigarh has decided to adopt 20 students from Nepal under scholarship plans to open the doors for the students of Nepal.
Organising a press conference here in the Capital on Sunday, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group informed that scholarships would be provided to the students for MBA, BBA, BCA and B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, CSE, EEE & ECE) courses on Merit-cum-Means basis.
The adopted students would get free education in Chandigarh, India including their tuition fees, books along with uniform expenses.
Dr Kataria further informed that the Aryans group would collaborate with the top American and European universities to offer international courses in Chandigarh and added, more efforts would be made to attract Nepali students to their colleges.
The scholarship interviews would take place on Monday at 9 am -1 pm at Hotel Shangri-La, at Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The students would require prior registration on scholarship@aryans.edu.in and must bring their academic and income documents to attend the interviews.
