Make HSEB freeships transparent
Nine student unions have demanded that authorities concerned make scholarships provided by Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) transparent.
A joint meeting of the student unions held on Friday urged the authorities to manage tuition fees for plus two students. The unions have also demanded a concrete ‘University Improvement Plan’ and implementation of the agreement reached between the university and student unions, said UP Lamichhane, spokesman for the Nepal Students’ Union (NSU).
