Nepal Nursing Council publishes Nursing Licensing Examination Notice
Nepal Nursing Council announced application registration form filling dates for the Nursing Licensing Examination. The examination is scheduled to be held on Falgun 10, 2081.
The application should be submitted online from 2081/10/01, to 2081/10/30, after logging in to https://application.nnc.org.np/ as per the instruction given by the Nursing Council. Applicants can also submit applications online from 2081/11/01 to 2081/11/05(until 5:00 PM, office hours), by paying a late fee.
Note: Application form submission other than online is not acceptable.

> Eligibility: Candidates wishing to participate in the registration examination must have successfully completed either the Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing (PCL Nursing) or B.Sc. Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
Examination Fees
> For PCL Nursing and B.Sc. Nursing registration examination: NPR 3,100/- (Three thousand one hundred only)
> Late fee: NPR 6,100/- (Six thousand one hundred only)
Examination Details
- All required educational documents must be published and submitted by 2081/10/30. Candidates who fail to submit the necessary documents within the specified time will not be permitted to sit for the exam, and the Council will not be held responsible.
Special Instructions
- Candidates who have studied outside Nepal since October 15, 2020, must upload an eligibility letter from the Medical Education Commission.
- Original identity documents such as a national identity card, citizenship, passport, or driver's license must be presented on the day of the examination.
- If deemed necessary, the examination committee may conduct an interview with the candidates.

About National Licensure Examination
National Licensure Examination for Nurses is defined to be an entrance examination to be qualified to be identified as a nursing professional. This National Licensure Examination for Nurses is applied to all the new graduates from Proficiency Certificate Level (P.C.L.) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. N.) . Graduation or completion of nursing education in P.C.L. or B.Sc. N is a requirement to sit the National Licensure Examination. All the graduates of P.C.L and B.Sc. N must pass the National Licensure Examination before they start working as a nursing professional.The National Licensure Examination for Nurses is the entry qualification to be a nursing professional. It should be distinguished differently from academic degree so that the Licensure Examination is applied to both B.SC.N and P.C.L at diploma level.
