Sindhuli: Sindhuli District Administration Office has launched an investigation into alleged irregularities at the Tinkanya-based Batsala Secondary School at the behest of its principal. The probe was begun after the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority ordered a probe into locals’ complaints that Principal Bala Bahadur Bhujel has misused three bundles of zinc sheets he brought from the district administration office three years ago for the school building.

Regarding the accusation, Bhujel said he has stored the zinc sheets at a warehouse and will use it if any of the sheets over the school building were blown away. Chief District Officer Beni Madhav Gyawali said his office will take necessary action against the principal if found guilty.
