Students demand prompt solution of PU dilemma

POKHARA: Students of the Pokhara University (PU) on Wednesday demanded concerned authorities to give a way out to the University keeping in mind the future of students.
The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authoriy on October 27 detained office bearers of Pokhara University, including the Vice-chancellor, on charge of corruption.
The arrest has put the students and lower-level universiy employees in dilemma.
The absence of officials has halted daily works including teaching, examination and results among others, lamanted students.
Nepal Students Union PU Chapter President Ramesh Subedi, All Nepal National Independent Students Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) Nesan Sharma and All Nepal National Free Students Union-Revolutionary (ANNFSU-R) coordinator Rabindra Roka among other students' wings of various political parties have published a joint memorandum today demanding prompt solution of the existing crisis.
