Job Positions (Required Numbers)
1. Level: MANAGERIAL LEVEL (1)
> Position: Assistant Manager
> Branch Manager: Kathmandu
Criteria:
> Age- Not exceeding 45 years as of June 21, 2019
> Qualification- Minimum 2nd Division in Masters Degree (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/Information Technology/ Legal/ Chartered Accountancy/Relevant Field) from a recognized University
> Minimum 9 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer
OR, Experience of Management Trainee in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer
OR, Minimum 12 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 2 years of experience in Managerial Level
2. Level: OFFICER LEVEL (31)
> Position: Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer
> Department (Corporate Office): Business Unit (Credit) (8)
> Branch (Credit Business): Bhairahawa, Butwal, Dharan. Nepalgunj, Biratnagar (5)
Branch Manager:
Kathmandu, Pokhara, Itahari, Narayangarh, Dhading, Tulsipur, Jogbuda, Khalanga (Salyan), Ramnagar Gaunpalika (Sarlahi), Khijidemba Gaunpalika (Okhaldhunga), Inaruwa (upcoming) (18)
Criteria:
> Age- Not exceeding 40 years as of June 21, 2019
> Qualification- Minimum 2nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/Information Technology/ Legal/ Chartered Accountancy/Relevant Field) from a recognized University
Required Experience:
- For Senior Officer:
Minimum 6 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 3 years of experience in Officer Level
OR, Minimum 8 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 4 years of experience in Officer Level.
- For Officer:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Officer Level.
OR, Minimum 6 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 2 years of experience in Officer Level.
- For Junior Officer:
> Minimum 4 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with experience of Supervisor Level
OR, Minimum 5 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 1 years of experience in Officer Level.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
> Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of required unit
> Should possess work experience related to strategy formulation and monitoring of goal achievement
> Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the required unit/ branch
> Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
3. Level: ASSISTANT LEVEL (13 )
> Position: Assistant/ Senior Assistant/ Supervisor
Branch (Credit Business): Kathmandu, Narayangarh, Dailekh (8)
Branch (Operations): Kathmandu, Jomsom, Rautamai Gaunpalika (Udayapur), Kumyaak Gaunpalika (Panchthar) (5)
Criteria:
> Age- Not exceeding 30 years as of June 21, 2019
> Qualification- Minimum 2nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Information Technology/ Legal/ Chartered Accountancy/Relevant Field) from a recognized University
Required Experience:
> For Supervisor : Minimum 4 years of working experience in Banking sector
> For Senior Assistant : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Banking sector
> For Assistant : Minimum 1 year of working experience in Banking sector
Required Knowledge & Skills:
> Should be accustomed with the overall functions executed in the working unit applying for
> Should be well versed with all applicable NRB Directives, prevailing laws/policies related to the working unit
> Should be acquainted with credit/operations functions of a Commercial Bank
> Should possess capacity to supervise the assigned team
