Job Summary
- Responsible for transaction processing and operational delivery of Operation Nepal cluster to enable front to back, seamless, client focused delivery.
- Ensure the client experience is seamless based on efficient processing, timely resolution of client exceptions.
- Clear understanding of operational capacity and headroom for future growth
- Ensure constant client input to the process to elevate the client experience and engage with the service teams to deliver high quality client interactions with solution that meet client expectations.

Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or above
- Membership – relevant memberships to be agreed
- Languages – English, Nepali
