JOB SUMMARY
- Onboarding Liability Operation – Maker Level.
- Review documents for CASA including segment 14 and 02
- Open relationship, master, and subsidiary accounts
- Subscribe e-statement.
- Subscribe online banking.
- Signature scanning.
- Open relationship for credit card only customers, Safe deposit locker holder, account authority holder, loan co-borrower.
- Make follow up for SCILE ID for opening master of segment 14 and 02 customers.
- Open subsidiary for loan related accounts such as FT 11, Ft 16 and create Sweep and link accounts as applicable.
- Make follow up for discrepancies documents and tracker of deferral documents.
- Update MIS in relationship or subsidiary level as applicable for various reporting purpose.
- Process for account attribute change (interest code, product code etc. as applicable)
- Keep MIS of the department such as volume, inventory etc.
- Prepare customer’s communication such as letters, SMS as applicable.
- To maintain all required controls and procedures.
- To ensure that the established service standards are met.
- To provide administrative support to BDM/JBDM/PFCs on CASA booking.
