VACANCY NOTICE
Siddhartha Capital Limited a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited and the first mutual Fund company of Nepal licensed as per Mutual Fund Regulations 2010, seeks applications from result-oriented individuals with a passion to pursue career in investment banking. Individuals meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the following job position:

1. Business Development -1
- Level: Assistant to Officer
- Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business management, Marketing or related
- Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 1-2 years experience in Business Development
- Candidates with content writing skills preferred

Brief Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities, contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and arrange meetings as well as maintain current client relationship
- Strong understanding of company products and services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Identify, develop and plan marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services
- Prepare sales and marketing materials; including writing proposals, preparation of marketing and promotional materials, etc.
- Content writing for different publications and and promotional materials
- Develop and manage marketing and media events budgets
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services; working with creative agencies and advertising agencies
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations top potential new clients
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
- Research on new business opportunities for the organization

2. Analyst (PMS)
- Level: Assistant to Officer
- Education: At least bachelor’s degree in the filed of Finance, economic, accounting or mathematics
- Experience: The candidates should have a previous experience of working as an investment analyst for at least 1 year

Brief Job Description:
- Analysis of Nepalese capital market and prepare plans for investment
- Analyze companies fundamental and technical data to make wise investments decision
- Ensure that the portfolio of the clients is constructed as per clients requirements and current market condition
- Proactively maintain contact and meet with existing clients to build positive relationships with existing clients
- Perform other day to day tasks related to client’s portfolio management
