Position: Assistant Manager

- Required Location: Central Office/Regional Office
- Age: Minimum 25 years and not exceeding 40 years

Education:
Masters Degree in Management/Economics or CA/ACCA. (However, candidates with long banking experience and specialized knowledge in relevant field having Bachelor’s Degree can also apply.)

Experience :
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Institutions Other Skill Requirements

- Ability to lead team and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial management.
- Handling high-value clients and improving customer satisfaction.
- Understanding banking regulations (e.g., Basel norms, AML, KYC).
- Growing bank revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Managing risks related to lending, investments, and compliance.
