Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Requirement for selected candidates:
> To assist the senior heads in administering, managing and other related day to day activity of our Kathmandu office and airport operation.
> To ensure safe efficient and on time departure of the flights and office related works.
> To ensure compliance to civil aviation requirement and local regulations.
> Positive working attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.
> Should be able to work on under various circumstances.
> Basic knowledge of reservation and ticketing.

Professional requirements:
> Should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university .
> Creative in problem solving and decision making.
> Computer literate.
> Should have good command of verbal and written english and local language with pleasing personality.
