1. Chief Provincial Manager/Assistant Chief Provincial Manager (Province Head – Few)

Main responsibilities:
> The overall responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of the province.
> He/She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets, closely work with agent networks.
> Should have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a team.

Requirements:
> Minimum Bachelor level or equivalent from a reputed university.
> Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Banking/Insurance sector or in the Marketing field.
> Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.
> Should be capable of leading various branch departments independently.

2. Marketing Manager/Deputy Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager (Branch Manager)

Main responsibilities:
> Responsible to procure the given Life Insurance business target.
> The overall responsibility shall include promoting marketing of the Company’s insurance products.

Requirements:
> Minimum Bachelor level or equivalent from a reputed University.
> Relevant work experience is required.
> Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.

 3. Senior Development Officer/Development Officer/Assistant Development Officer

Main responsibilities:
> Responsible to achieve the given business target.
> The overall responsibility shall include promoting marketing of the Company’s insurance products.

Requirements:
> Bachelor/Intermediate level equivalent from a reputed University.
> Relevant work experience is required.
> Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.

Requirements: As per Company’s Rule.
