1. Junior Assistant

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant subject from a recognized University.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Candidates interested in sales shall be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

2. Sales (Management Trainee)
- Location: Head Office – Kamaladi Kathmandu

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA- Finance or master’s degree in management from a recognized University.
- Excellent in MS Word, MS Excel and ability to design graphic presentations and materials.
- Knowledge of sales metrics and market research techniques will be an advantage.

3. Investment (Management Trainee)

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA - Finance or master’s degree in management from a recognized University.

- Knowledge related to alternate investment (Equity fund, valuation, PEVC etc) shall be preferred.

4. Digital Marketing (Managerial Level – 1)
- Location: Head Office – Kamaladi Kathmandu

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in digital marketing or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of website analytics, keyword research, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to digital marketing.

5. IT (Managerial Level)
- Location: Head Office – Kamaladi Kathmandu

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Business Process Management, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in process optimization, technology transformation, or IT strategy within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation, cloud solutions, data analytics, and insurtech innovations
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in vendor management and technology procurement is a plus.

6. Risk and Compliance (Managerial Level )

Qualifications:
- CA/Master’s degree in management or equivalent from recognized university.
- Experience of 7 years in Insurance/banking with at least 2 years in Managerial position.
- Candidates having good exposure and knowledge in the relevant field shall be preferred.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and compliance software shall be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, guidelines shall be an advantage.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
