Educational Qualification:
- For Medical Officer (Eighth Level): Passed MBBS or higher level in the related subject from a recognized educational institution.
- For General Surgeon (Ninth Level): Passed Master in Surgery (MS) level in the related subject from a recognized educational institution.

Age Limit:
- For Eighth Level: Should have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years by the final application date (not exceeding 40 years for women).
- For Ninth Level: Should have completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years.
