- Ability to present financial data concisely and clearly.
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA with an undergraduate degree or Postgraduate equivalent with relevant experience.

Job Description
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
The responsibility of the role is to support a smooth transition to Nepal Financial Reporting Standards by working with stakeholders and thereafter oversee its implementation on an ongoing basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages all analysis, assignments, or projects in the area of responsibility.
- Ensures preparation of financial analyses and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of new Financial Reporting Standards.
- Prepares or assists in preparing the Financial Statements as per Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS).
- Interprets financial trends and prepares short- and long-term projection.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and other applicable laws & requirements.
- Responsible for seeing that all activities are performed in accordance with applicable policies & procedures.
- Regular reporting on various aspects of the department as assigned.
