Specification
> Business Experience: Experience within Digital Marketing preferably in the financial services.
> Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing practices along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals is a plus.
> Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.

Job Description
This role sits with in the Marketing and Communications department. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing and driving the overall effectiveness of our marketing activities related with digital which includes website, social media, customer application, content and digital customer experience reporting to the local head of the department. Your expertise in digital marketing technology and data analysis will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives and enhancing our customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
> Support in creation and execution of overall brand strategy.
> Creation of content for digital platforms.
> Collaborate with multiple teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and paid advertising.
> Monitoring and execution of changes in website.
> Conduct data analysis to derive insights, identify trends, and measure marketing campaign performance.
> Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital tools and recommend innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
> Liaison with local Agency/vendors.
Reports To: Head- Marketing and Communication.
Education: Master’s degree or MBA with specialization in digital marketing/communications
Salary Offered: As per company rule.
