VACANCY NOTICE
Miteri Development Bank Limited, one of the leading Development Banks in Koshi Province, having its central office at Dharan, Sunsari invites applications from highly dynamic, pragmatic, Committed and performance-oriented Nepalese Citizen to lead the bank in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) The CEO shall be responsible for the overall operations of the bank, including formulating and implementing effective strategic plans, providing strategic direction and leadership for the achievement of goals set by the Bank, managing the human resources and business of the bank, providing reasonable return to the stakeholders, fostering the relationship with customers, local community and other related parties and meeting the expectations of the stakeholders

The CEO is expected to lead the bank in such way that the bank could emerge as one of the repected, resilient, customer oriented and successful financial institutions in Koshi Province

Qualifications & Experience:
> The candidates must meet the criterion as outlined in the Bank and Financial institutions Act, 2073 and Unified Directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank
> The candidate must possess a minimum master’s degree in Management/Banking/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or Law
> The candidates must have in-depth knowledge of banking management with experience of serving 10 years or above in the Manager or above level corporate job positions at any commercial banks or financial institutions. He/ She should have experience of managing both liabilities and assets portfolios, leading human resources and driving the banking department (s) / institution (s) with successful track record
> Age not exceeding 65 years as on 15th Mangsir 2081

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the presentations and interview. The shortlisted candidates should prepare the strategic ands business plan of the for at least four years and make a presentation to the interview panel/Board of Directors on the date, venue and time to be communicated by the Bank. Reference documents for preparing the presentation shall be sent in respective email address of the shortlisted candidates
